1、How it Started
For our virgin hair series, we initially launched BVTD, which had the best thickness and the highest quality virgn hair materials, but the price was relatively high.
Later, to meet customer demand, we introduced BVRG, which had lower volume but achieved the lowest price in the market, with 30-inch bundles priced at only $52(wholesale price).
However, customers still asked if we could provide a virgin hair series with similar volume to BVTD but at a lower price. To meet this new demand, we launched the Indian Virgin Thicker Drawn (IVTD) in 2022. IVTD offers nearly the same volume as BVTD but at an average price that is $10 lower per bundle.
2、Hair Material of IVTD
The hair material for our IVTD virgin hair series comes from India. One of the main characteristics of this hair is its lower cost. However, compared to BVTD, it has more mixed strands and less complete cuticles.
The cuticle direction is aligned 99% by machine because virgin hair is not cut directly from a single person's head. Instead, collected hair is mixed together and sorted by length into graded hair. Then, these graded hairs are used to create wefts. Therefore, the cuticles must be aligned by machine.
Regarding bleaching, we know that the principle of bleaching is to dissolve the melanin in the hair. IVTD can still be bleached to a #27 color but not to a #613.
For dyeing, we recommend dyeing this product to darker shades such as 99J, 30, ginger, etc. If you want to dye lighter shades, we suggest choosing our #613 products.
In terms of perming, this product can be permed into any wave pattern.
For washing and care, we do not recommend washing with plain water. You must use conditioner for washing, as the hair has lost the nutrients provided by the scalp after being cut. The cuticles can easily dry out, so conditioner is necessary to nourish the hair. With proper care, this product will get better over time.
3、Indian Virgin Hair Thicker Drawn Weft
The main selling point of our IVTD is its lower price compared to BVTD, while maintaining a similar thickness.
Thickness refers to the proportion of hair lengths in a weft, categorized by the longest strand's length. Our IVTD hair maintains a longest strand proportion of 20%-30%. More importantly, our IVTD hair is very uniform, ensuring a smooth feel without any gaps.
The weft heads of our IVTD product are tighter and more uniformly arranged compared to other suppliers' weft. This requires advanced triple machine technology, and we use imported glue from the United States. This ensures that the wefts do not shed due to issues with the weft head.
4、IVTD Custom Wig
The IVTD custom wig made of IVTD weft and BVCF collections, designed to offer ultimate value for money. We provide two different density options: 180% and 220%.
IVTD Custom Wig has similar density as BVTD Custom wig but lower over $50
Customers can also choose their preferred density to customize their own wigs.
